This is the twin pregnancy prayer I started saying when I began trying to manifest conceiving twins. I don’t think you have to be religious to say it, either. Because, regardless of your beliefs, by saying this prayer either daily or when you remember to, you’re filling your head with positive, inviting thoughts and images about twins – which all fall under the law of attraction.
Like anything, will this truly affect your chances of having twins? I’m not sure – but I can say with confidence that it won’t hurt, given that the act of taking the time to say this embodies mindfulness, taking the time to disconnect and focus on what you want, positive thinking, twin visualization, and relaxation. And let’s face it – if you’re here reading this, we’ll take all the support and steps to support our journey to twins that we can get!’
Prayer For Twins: My Personal Twin Prayer
Absolutely change this up as you see fit and in line with your personal circumstances and what works for you, but this is along the lines of what my prayer sounded like:
Heavenly Father, in the precious and mighty name of Jesus, I present and open my heart, laying at your feet my earnest yearning for the blessing of twin babies. You, O Lord, are the fountain of life, the one who knits together every human being in the womb, and we stand in awe of Your marvellous works as declared in Psalm 139:13-14.
We remember the stories of Your divine intervention in the lives of Sarah and Rachel, how You opened their wombs and blessed them with children against all odds, as a testament to Your might and faithfulness. Inspired by these testimonies and holding onto Your promises, we ask that You extend Your hand of favor over me, my body and my womb.
Bless our family with the gift of conception, Lord. Just as You have meticulously planned the stars in the sky, we pray for Your perfect planning and timing in the gift of twin babies into our family, lives and hearts. May Your protective and loving hand guide this pregnancy from conception to a safe delivery, as we trust in Your word that “children are a heritage from the Lord, offspring a reward from Him” (Psalm 127:3).
We ask for Your wisdom, strength, and peace throughout this journey. In moments of waiting and uncertainty, I find solace in Jeremiah 29:11, assured that Your plans are for us to prosper, not to harm, and to give us hope and a future – one containing two beautiful babies carried together at the same time.
Father, I also pray for my general health and well-being, that I may be equipped both physically and emotionally to nurture and carry these precious lives. Thank you for surrounding me with a community of support and love, reflecting Your care and compassion.
In every step of this journey, I know my faith is being strengthened, and that my story will be a testament to Your loving-kindness and power. I submit this heartfelt prayer to You, knowing that nothing is too hard for You (Genesis 18:14) and that You delight in fulfilling the desires of Your children.
With grateful hearts and unwavering faith, I thank You in advance for the miracles You are going to perform in my life, and that of my family. All glory and honor are Yours, now and forevermore. In the name of Jesus, we pray, Amen.
What Is The Prayer For Twins?
I don’t believe that there’s an actual “formal” prayer for twins. And if there is, I haven’t come across it. But if you’ve never prayed before and the above is too formal for you, just start by talking your desires out loud and try speaking to them as if they’ve already happened. Thank the universe or whatever (or whoever) you believe in for your twins like it has already happened. That’s what I do!
